We provide an extensive range of quality services in the area of handling, throughput and storage of liquid fuels traded for worldwide destinations. Favourably located in Muuga, Estonia, our terminals open up vast opportunities for sea and rail transportation of liquid fuels through the Baltic Sea region.
Our complex network of four onshore terminals, blending facilities, pipelines and railway infrastructure, creates a unique platform to deliver comprehensive, efficient and customized services. Our competent and experienced team develops tailored solutions, structured around our customers’ objectives in terminalling of liquid fuels, which enable the highest potential business outcome.

Liwathon E.O.S. is a licensed Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) that adheres to secure international supply chain conventions (SHEQ, customs, finance). Our custom procedure times are quicker than those of companies without AEO status, allowing for a faster and more reliable service.
Products that we handle
Our infrastructure and capacities allow us to transport, handle, transfer, load, discharge and store a wide spectrum of petroleum products. This includes the full range of light petroleum products and dark petroleum products (HSFO, LSFO).
All the relevant safety regulations and protocols are strictly followed and complied with when we deal with a product.
Our storage tank farm has a total capacity of 1 051 800 m³ in 78 reservoirs across four facilities, offering excellent segregation options.

Loading and unloading services
Railway loading / unloading positions – 398 in total
39km of own rail tracks at the terminals.
Berths – 7 (up to 18m depth), all berths are inter-connected allowing for STS operations for vessels berthed at our berths.
Our infrastructure, advanced installations and equipment, along with the status of an ice free Port of Muuga permit us to offer reliable, all-year-around high-quality throughput services.
